Hi, I’m Sanjana,
a UX designer based in London with a background in technical recruitment and a passion for creating thoughtful, user-centred digital experiences. I specialize in research-driven design that blends empathy, clarity, and functionality to solve real-world problems.

My path into UX wasn’t linear—I started in Technical Recruitment where I developed a strong foundation in a user- centred approach to connecting potential candidates with their dream jobs. Over time, I realised my favourite part of every project was understanding people’s needs and turning those insights into better experiences, which naturally led me to UX design.

Today, I focus on crafting intuitive, inclusive interfaces that make a difference. Whether I’m conducting user interviews, wireframing in Figma, or iterating on usability feedback, I’m driven by the challenge of simplifying complexity and designing with intention.

I’m currently looking for opportunities—freelance, full-time, or remote—where I can collaborate with mission-driven teams to build meaningful digital products. I’m especially interested in projects that prioritize accessibility, education, or social impact.

When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me discovering new cafes, at the gym or doing Yoga. I believe the best work comes from curious minds and collaborative energy—and I’m always open to meeting new people, swapping ideas, or teaming up on exciting projects.
